Moises joined nClouds as a Customer Success Manager in 2019 because he was attracted to the company’s culture that promotes a feeling of belonging, where every contribution is visible and valued. His instincts told him, “Good people, a growing company, sounds like a great combination.”
Moises brought to nClouds his 20-plus years’ experience at Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Microsoft, Santander, and others in IT program/project management/governance roles. He enjoys coaching and motivating teams. At nClouds, he works closely with our clients to ensure that we are successfully partnering with them to achieve shared goals.
Moises has a BA in Economics and the following certifications: CGEIT, PMP, PRODUCT CERTIFIED SCRUM OWNER, ITIL, CISA, CISSP, and CCSK. He’s a lifelong learner, and recently completed AI Product Manager and Business Analytics online “nanodegrees” offered by Udacity.
When he is not moving clients to a happy place at nClouds, Moises enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading (mainly fiction), listening to jazz (mainly Miles Davis and some Thelonious Monk), fishing at the shore or piers around Tampa, and rooting for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
