Otilia joined nClouds in 2015 to embrace her natural curiosity and challenge the status quo, both within nClouds and on behalf of clients. As Customer Success Manager, she strives to keep clients happy by consistently exceeding expectations and delivering 110%.
Earlier in her career, Otilia was a project manager at a provider of training and certification for operations, revenue assurance, fraud management, and finance professionals. She realized the value of Project Management the first time she had to coordinate the work of several teams.
Otilia is fluent in English, Hungarian, and Romanian, and has a BS in English Literature. When she is not creating happy clients at nClouds, she can be found reading books, traveling in Europe, staying current on tech and fashion news, and is obsessed with the 1990s.
